11/02/2012 · So, I uninstalled the broken program, and tried to reinstall. I did a reboot in between as well. When I went to reinstall it, I got a message I needed to "install Microsoft.Net Framework 1.1 first". I tried to do a system restore hoping that would fix it, but it didn't. Now I have no clue what I need to do to fix this. Can anyone help?
